OUR DELIVERY RATES ARE CURRENTLY UNDER NEGOTIATION, NO DELIVERY CHARGE IS ADDED ON THE ORDERING PAGE AT PRESENT. PLEASE PLACE YOUR ORDER AS NORMAL AND WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU WITHIN 24HRS WITH THE COST OF DELIVERY, IF IT IS NOT A SATISFACTORY PRICE TO YOURSELF YOU WILL HAVE THE OPTION TO CANCEL THE ORDER.

Destinations we deliver to 

We can deliver to most if not all of the destinations that our carrier services UPS deliver to, and any kind of resort, including those with more complicated customs regulations such as the US or the Canary Islands. What you will need to do is ensure somebody will be available to sign for the parcel, if this will not be yourselves.

*In some instances dependant on your destination in Spain, we can arrange for one of our agents to deliver emergency products although these may not be UK branded, but will be an equivalent product produced by HERO, just to tide you over if in the event you run out of your child’s little essentials. There are slightly different regulations for various countries however, as listed below: 

EU countries: 

Delivering everything you need for your baby's holiday to an EU country is very straightforward. All it will cost is the price of the goods, which we are selling at comparable high street prices with no extra, hidden charges, a one-off service charge £20 and the cost of shipping. 

Non EU countries:

We can easily ship your goods to non EU countries for almost the same price. The only extra charge in addition to the ones outlined above, is an £18.00 additional customs charge. 

Canary Islands:

Due to the customs regulations in the Canary Islands, there are additional costs for shipping your parcel out there. This can work out very expensive and on occasions the shipping costs may be more expensive then the items purchased. USA 

Again, there are slightly different customs regulations involved with shipping parcels to America. We will need a copy of your passport, which has to be sent with a customs declaration and shipping and packing list. When you select the US as your destination at the checkout section of the site, our automated system will bring up all the necessary documents. We hold a Food and Drug Administration (FDA) licence for the US, so you can be sure that your order is in very capable hands.

UPS, is our approved carrier for all our deliveries, to get your parcels to your destination. UPS's international network offers time-definite delivery options, with real time tracking to more than 200 countries and territories – put plain and simply, they can get what you need  out to your destination in time for you to enjoy your holiday.

However Babyonholiday is committed and works hard to ensure that you the customer are notified throughout the delivery stages to your final destination, either by sms and or email. All our deliveries via UPS are all fully traceable, and insured from pick-up to delivery.  

 “Cooling off period”

 You have a 7-day cooling off period, in which to cancel your order prior to departure, if after you have received the goods you have up to 7 days to return the goods back to babyonholiday to receive a full refund less the service charge, however goods returned must not have been tampered with and must be in the original packaging along with security seals still intact. All goods returned will be at the customers own expense.

Other products purchased from babyonholiday may still be covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty.This does not affect your statutory consumer rights  For further details on your consumer rights please click www.oft.gov.uk  

Cancellations:

 Any cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your departure date. In this case, as long as the goods have not been forwarded to our carrier UPS, we will give you a full refund. 

Damaged Parcels:

 If you receive a parcel, which appears damaged, please make a record of this on the delivery note. If you are unable to open your parcel and examine its contents in the presence of the forwarder, please ensure that you sign for it as ‘unable to inspect goods on delivery’, or something similar. This is so the forwarder is aware that an insurance claim may be forthcoming. All other damage claims must be reported to baby on holiday asap, either by phone, email, or sms.

 

Payment:

 Baby on holiday can accept most forms of payments including credit and debit cards, cheques and postal orders. We can also accept payment by Paypal or by telephone using our Streamline payment system.We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DEBIT CARD and  *Personal Cheque, we do not accept at this moment AMEX.

*If payment is made by cheque then the normal clearing period or up to 5 working days from deposit of cheque before goods are shipped.

 All orders must be paid for in full prior to packing and shipping. Our prices are quoted in Pound Sterling but we can quote in other currencies upon request. 

We can also accept payment in Euros or US dollars on request. (Your credit card company will charge the order in your local billing currency if you are ordering from abroad.) 

Guarantee

 All our products are covered by their own manufacturers warranty; however this does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

 ·         Shipping/Carriage: Prices quoted include delivery direct to your holiday destination Please note that additional services such as evening or weekend delivery, deliveries to remote or island locations, deliveries outside Western Europe, or when special delivery services are requested, additional charges to cover these costs will apply.  ·         Damage/Lost in Transit: After leaving babyonholiday all goods are insured by our forwarder against damage, if you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the forwarders insurers. If you receive a battered parcel, note that fact on the delivery note, even before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are unable to open and inspect a package in the presence of the forwarder, make sure that you sign for it as "Unable to inspect goods on delivery" or similar to warn the forwarder that a claim may be forthcoming, we require that any damages are noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery, all other damage claims must be reported to Babyonholiday within 2 days of taking delivery.


·         Confidentiality: We undertake to exercise all reasonable precautions to keep information supplied to us by customers strictly confidential.

·         Applicable Law and Courts of Jurisdiction: All transactions undertaken through this website are governed by English Law and any legal actions arising out of such transactions shall be subject to the English Legal processes and under the jurisdiction of English Courts.
