How much does it cost to use the babyonholiday service? 

For delivery to EU countries, we only charge the standard retail price of the products ordered, plus the cost of shipping and a one-off £20 service charge. For delivery to most non EU countries, the same charges apply with an additional £18.00 customs charge. Some non EU countries, for example the US or the Canary Islands will attract extra charges because they have complicated customs regulations, please see our delivery pages for more details. 

Can you deliver anywhere? 

We can deliver almost anywhere that our carrier service, UPS,  can deliver to. This even includes countries like the U.S which have more complicated customs regulations. We are also able to deliver to any kind of resort as long as someone will be there to sign for the parcel. 

How much time do I need to leave between placing an order and my departure date? 

In most cases, we need at least seven days between receipt of your order, and your departure date.  However if you do not have seven days before your holiday, feel free to give us a call on 01942 366008, and we can discuss whether or not we can help in any way, if you already have a holiday booked for 2009 and would like to use Babyonholiday, then just simply let us know the dates and our automated email system will send you an email approximately 8 weeks befdore your departure date then a  4 week reminder.

if my order doesn't arrive? 

We have conducted lots of trials with our carrier service, UPS, so it is very rare for deliveries to fail. However, in the eventuality that there is a problem, and your order hasn't arrived within 48 hours of your arrival, contact us immediately. You can either call 01942 366008, text on +44(0)7731323109 or e-mail This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it and we will look into the matter straight away. You can also track the progress of your parcel, using the UPS website and your consignment number. We will also send you progress reports via sms or e-mail as we are constantly monitoring our parcels to make sure we are offering the best possible service. 

What if I don't receive a confirmation e-mail after placing my order? 

If your order has been placed successfully, you will always receive a confirmation e-mail from us within 24 hours. If for some reason, this doesn't arrive, please contact us on 01942 366008 or e-mail info@babyonholiday and we can check that an order has been placed. 

What if I am already abroad, and I have run out of essentials for my baby or toddler? 

In certain parts of Spain, we can arrange for an emergency delivery of essential products. Although these will not be UK brands, they will be equivalent products, manufactured by HERO. Do you offer any other products besides baby and toddler essentials? 

Yes, along with our baby and toddler products we offer pampering products so you can make the most of your holiday, and nutritional products to keep your energy levels boosted, particularly if you are skiing, cycling, running or participating in sport. Like our kid's products, this can all be delivered to your resort, please see our product pages for more details.  We will also be offering baby on holiday branded travel insurance, and products to keep your teens entertained, very shortly – we will let you know as soon as these services become available.

What is a typical order value including delivery?

 We found that from a customer’s point of view a typical order value for a 2 week holiday for a baby including delivery to an EU country was £90.00.

What type of other products do you offer?

We offer quite a wide and varied range of products fro baby and toddler and we are always looking at new and innovative products to help you the parent enjoy a more stress free holiday, that’s why we also offer grooming products for women and men, along with nutritional products for those of you wishing to take on a little more physical activity whilst away.
